A valid driver's license with a good driving record is also required.
Position Summary The Clinical Supervisor is part of the management team.
He/she is responsible for ensuring all services performed under the auspices of PsyGenics Inc.

Specific Responsibilities Provide direct supervision of clinical staff at site specified Provide supervision to others who are operating on a limited license in accordance with licensing regulations per the State of Michigan.
Facilitate group supervision for limited license staff.
Report hours to LARA for staff supervised.
Schedule and perform initial interview and recommend staff for hire.
Onboard and train new staff as needed.
Provide ongoing training and consultation to clinical staff regarding best practices.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to staff.
Collaborate with other supervisors and the executive leadership team.
Must be knowledgeable in the Mental Health Code and Medicaid guidelines as well as billing protocols and procedures as defined by funding source.
Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Maintain credentialing as required as a LMSW and keep current all training related to licensure for clinical staff at their site.
Work with Administration regarding policy process, protocol, and procedure.
Compile statistical, financial, billing or auditing reports, production reports, and corrective action plans if needed.
Present reports at weekly Supervisors' meetings.
Work with Administration on Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
Attend meetings related to clinical and quality services as assigned by the Clinical Program Manager or Chief Clinical Officer.
Attend management meetings as requested with other Site Manager(s) and, if required, with Corporate Officers.
Handle member or staff dissatisfaction with services timely.
Facilitate regular staff meetings.
Document supervision, member interactions, coaching, and disciplinary actions timely.
Partner with peers to ensure consistency between clinical sites.
Any other tasks as assigned.
