Ranssa LLC Ranssa LLC Dearborn, MI Dearborn, MI Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $12 - $20 an hour $12 - $20 an hour 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Duties - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns - Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other beverage equipment - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, including restocking supplies as needed - Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours Qualifications - Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices - Strong math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic knowledge of coffee and different brewing methods is a plus - Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not required - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
