Checking in patients, collecting copays Checking out patients, making appointments, generating orders Scanning, faxing paperwork Chart Prep Verify or accurately enter in patient demographics which includes PCP/Referral information.
Route calls to appropriate party or take accurate messages as needed.
Answer patient calls The ideal candidate has a warm and inviting personality, make sure that as the first point of contact with our office, every patient feels welcomed.
They are a team player and can multi-task effectively.
Can remain calm in busy or stressful situations.
Demonstrates initiative and problem solving skills.
Has good written and verbal communication skills.
They provide exceptional customer services to all individuals who contact or come into our office.
This is a full-time position with benefits.
Must be available Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
