Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our club, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and have experience working in a private club.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome members & guests with a friendly and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls, take messages, forward phone calls to area of need - Perform club calendar updates, be able to pass along daily information to members - Keep reservations and requests organized - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Provide administrative support to the management team as required - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficient in typing and data entry tasks - Familiarity with website editing is preferred - Strong calendar management skills - Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic private club.
