8K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Allegria Village is hiring a full-time HR Assistant! This candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and be a knowledgeable, resourceful team player! The position is 9a-5p, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends.
This is an exempt position; compensation is commensurate to previous work experiences and education.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
Screening incoming resumes and applications for prospective candidates and contacting those eligible for interviews.
Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to the hiring managers.
Updating job openings and closings as per the departmental hiring managers.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Provides clerical support to the HR department Conducts or assists with new hire orientation set-up and administration.
Other duties, projects and tasks may be occasionally assigned to the HR Assistant.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
