Safety Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team. As the Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of safety practices. Duties:
Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and workers compensation laws Provide training and development opportunities to employees on safety procedures and practices Collaborate with management to establish safety goals and objectives Monitor workplace conditions to ensure adherence to safety standards Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training sessions Coordinate with external agencies for inspections and audits
Experience:
