GWT currently seeks a well-qualified Service Assistant.
This role will be responsible for assisting the service team with general administrative duties, invoicing, customer communication, reporting, and data entry.
This job is a temporary position full-time position with the possibility of becoming permanent at managements discretion.
While this role is temporary, this position will not be eligible for benefits, or PTO.
This role is based in Dearborn, MI Responsibilities General administrative assistance such as emailing, answering phones, filing, scanning, and data entry into our computer system.
Assist in the customer invoicing process, including data entry, review, and customer communication as needed.
Assist in the AP invoice entry process for service vendors ensuring all invoices are properly entered in the system for payment.
Assist in any other administrative tasks as deemed necessary by the service manager.
Requirements Basic computer skills.
(Proficient in MS office suite) Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills (especially applied toward customer follow up).
comfortable networking within the company to learn and problem solve.
High school diploma or GED Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to working near moving mechanical parts, working in high places.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate too loud.
The employee may work in a shop, yard or out of a mobile service vehicle.
