eDrive Design & Release Engineer (Inverter)Skills Required:
Position Duties Develop component level requirements based on eDrive system and create the component specification to meet all requirements Understand the GPDS (Global Product Development Process) and meet all component deliverables at appropriate milestones Update BOM in AVBOM/FEDEBOM and release parts in WERS Meet all component Quality, Cost, Weight, and Function (QCWF) targets Develop ESOW (Engineering Statement of Work) and manage the supplier interface for the component Lead the development of the Quality documents including Boundary Diagram, P-Diagram, DFMEA, PFMEA Lead Component Design Verification Plan (DVP) development and ensure complete DVP&R is documented Identify all Significant and Critical Characteristics (SC/CC) and ensure a manufacturing control plan is in place Support all prototype and production builds Support eDrive component level competitive benchmarking and reports Support alignment of power pack and platform package Integrate lessons learned from previous programs & ensure robust prevent recurrence actions are in placeSkills Preferred:
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, self-motivated, eager to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision Demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams and driving product development issues to resolution Excellent written & verbal communication skills Knowledge of powertrain testing tools, analytical and CAE tools and performance modeling Knowledge of processes and ToolsExperience Required:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
