Perform as a test engineer supporting the development and durability of various powertrains through test procedures and methodologies.
Assist in detailed data analyzer and test validations of new equipment, ensuring required emission and fuel economy requirements are met.
Use problem resolution and troubleshooting skills to correct any issues that arise during the testing process.
Develop and modify test programs to automate engine dynamometer runs and data collection.
Also perform as a project manager by delivering a project's quality, timing, and financial objectives and overseeing complex engine installations, which require detailed design work.
Bachelor's Degree required in Mechanical Engineering OR Automotive Engineering OR closely related field.
Foreign degree equivalent acceptable.
Academic program(s) must have included one course in each of the following areas:
(1) Engineering Fracture Mechanics, including failure analysis after crack insertion, simulating crack insertion, testing various combinations of forces, modeling and analyzing geometry; (2) Advanced Quality Engineering, including ISO 17025 and Six Sigma concepts for vehicle and engine testing; (3) Product Design and Development, including FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and LabView development to calculate and display strain, load and displacement values;(4) Dynamic of Machinery, including balancing, free and damped vibrations, forced vibrations, undamped vibrations, and noise and vibration; and (5) Mechatronics Engineering, including PID controllers (proportional integral derivative); discrete state process control with relay sequencers, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming, internal relays and counters, and ladder diagrams; and mechanical sensors, including encoders, tachometers and displacement.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
