Design and architect Alfa Systems solutions based on industry best practices and business needs.
Lead the development and implementation of Alfa Systems modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Define and document technical specifications, system architecture, and data models for Alfa Systems projects.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to enhance the overall performance of Alfa Systems solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful delivery of Alfa Systems projects within defined timelines and budget constraints.
Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the Alfa Systems ecosystem and provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools into the Alfa Systems environment.
Qualifications 12
years of professional experience working in management consulting, at least 5 years of which were in a at Tier-1 Consulting Firm or similar environment.
Strong Banking Industry knowledge focused on Auto Lending domain.
A proven track record in a client-facing role with at least 2 of which (though ideally more) are leading digital technology team.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A master's degree is a plus.
Extensive experience in Alfa Systems implementation, configuration, and customization.
Strong knowledge of Alfa Systems modules, functionalities, and best practices.
Proven experience in system architecture design and data modeling.
Solid understanding of integration techniques and technologies, such as APIs, web services, and ETL processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
