We're looking for someone who is innovative, customer-focused, and has a strong understanding of commercial lending and auto finance products.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of auto finance products and services, delivering next-gen experiences for corporate and retail customers that lead to more efficient operations and processes.

As an Auto Lending Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of auto finance products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful implementation.

Apply now! Responsibilities Act as the Subject Matter Expert on Auto Finance Origination & Servicing functions.
Act as the liaison between the operations and the technology team by interviewing, understanding, and analyzing the needs of our customers and clients.
Analyze each Client's business needs in order to identify the underlying problems and recommend optimal solutions.
Quickly respond to Client issues while also being able to effectively drive projects to timely and successful completion.
Review project deliverables to ensure quality and consistency of project team output.
Understand the underlying technologies being used on a project to be able to direct how to design, develop, test, and implement a technology enabled solution.
On smaller engagements, be able to work hands on in creating deliverables which could include strategy, design, development, application testing, and the delivery of training.
Facilitate effective change management programs within client organizations including creating and administering communication plans to ensure overall system usability and adoption.
Review development designs for compatibility with feature requirements.
Work closely with Client Support Services in providing guidance and assistance in the implementation of new product features.
Assist with preparations and delivering of presentations for internal purposes, client discussions etc.
Hands on experience of documenting clear and concise business / functional requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.

years professional experience working in a financial institution, of which at least 3 years professional experience with enterprise system architecture in consumer lending and/or auto finance.
Familiar with and have been through an auto finance vendor origination or servicing implementation (or are in process) is required.
Experience of Auto finance software solutions like Defi / Alfa / FIS auto finance servicing system/ Cassiopae/ Solifi / DataScan experience strongly preferred.
Experience with process design, modeling, and automation for end-to-end customer journeys or operations is required.
Experience with one or more of the following Competencies:
Business Architecture, Business Process Mapping, Business Requirements Development / Gap Analysis, Business Strategy Development and Execution, Change Management, Program / Project Management (PMO), Regulatory Compliance Skill in analysis, solid decision-making, and problem-solving skills Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills and manage conflict.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse and dynamic workgroups.
