Apply now! Responsibilities Act as the Subject Matter Expert on Auto Lending Origination & Servicing functions.
Act as the liaison between the operations and the technology team by interviewing, understanding, and analyzing the needs of our customers and clients.
Analyze each Client's business needs in order to identify the underlying problems and recommend optimal solutions.
Quickly respond to Client issues while also being able to effectively drive projects to timely and successful completion.
Review project deliverables to ensure quality and consistency of project team output.
Understand the underlying technologies being used on a project to be able to direct how to design, develop, test, and implement a technology enabled solution.
On smaller engagements, be able to work hands on in creating deliverables which could include strategy, design, development, application testing, and the delivery of training.
Facilitate effective change management programs within client organizations including creating and administering communication plans to ensure overall system usability and adoption.
Review development designs for compatibility with feature requirements.
Work closely with Client Support Services in providing guidance and assistance in the implementation of new product features.
Assist with preparations and delivering of presentations for internal purposes, client discussions etc.
Hands on experience of documenting clear and concise business / functional requirements.
Qualifications 12
years professional experience working in a financial institution, of which at least 8
years professional experience with enterprise system architecture in commercial lending and/or auto lending.
Strong Auto Lending Product Industry knowledge.
Familiar with and have been through an auto lending vendor origination or servicing implementation (or are in process) is required.
Experience of Auto lending software solutions like Defi / Alfa / FIS auto lending servicing system/ Cassiopae/ Solifi / DataScan experience strongly preferred.
Experience with process design, modeling, and automation for end-to-end customer journeys or operations is required.
Experience with one or more of the following Competencies:
Business Architecture, Business Process Mapping, Business Requirements Development / Gap Analysis, Business Strategy Development and Execution, Change Management, Program / Project Management (PMO), Regulatory Compliance Skill in analysis, solid decision-making, and problem-solving skills Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills and manage conflict.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse and dynamic workgroups.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and sound judgment.
