Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact for two or more programs on DVP planning and execution.
Collaborate with Vehicle Programs, Component Design & Release Engineers, VEV, Product Owners / Managers, Program Managers and Functional Leads on issue management, timing requirements and constraints for validation.
Develop and maintain backlog of activities required to achieve the DVP and any re-DV or production issue triage.
Align resources and personnel to achieve the DVP.
Facilitate discussions and support needs with functional teams and other suppliers to ensure progression and success of DVP and any re-DV or production issue triage efforts.
Help drive open issues to closure in a timely manner.
Report on status to various cross-functional leadership teams.
Coordinate reviews with CMA team and program management; track and report progress to objectives and escalate to CMA team and program management when tasks are underperforming.
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or Business.

years of experience managing projects / programs (internship experience will be considered).
2
years of experience using project planning software using Waterfall or Agile methodologies (internship experience will be considered).
Strong analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
Strong written and oral skills; able to clearly convey complex blends of business and technical matters to a range of audiences.
Effective time management and prioritization skills.
Self-starter and highly motivated; Uses sound business judgment and exhibits leadership qualities.
Skills Preferred:
Experience in feature/function decomposition and work breakdown structure development to develop plans for implementation.
Strong communications skills with the ability to effectively liaison between multiple cross functional managers.
Broad understanding of embedded systems and development milestones, vehicle CAN signal analysis, cloud connectivity and integration, backend enterprise systems integration and mobile applications integration to develop x-functional program level gives / gets and project planning.
Thorough understanding of GPDS methodologies for engineering design and development.
Knowledge and experience with systems engineering fundamentals and quality / reliability methods including FMEAs and DVP&Rs, for both in-vehicle and off-board systems.
Ability to construct quality work plans and deliverables from minimal definitions and to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
Creative in quickly developing approaches to problems and recommending actions to management, including implementation of suggested recommendations.
Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment and knowledge of timelines and launch team expectations.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
