Job Description:
The Billing Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc.
sales team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Process accounts receivable invoices through Vendor Management system Reconcile invoices and statements with vendor management system Process credit card payments and receipts Enter data into vendor management system for invoices processed by sales team Data entry of new vendor information into the system Process customer returns and exchanges via vendor management system Data entry of new customer information into the system Process customer credit applications and applications via vendor management system Data entry of new customer information into the system Process customer warranty requests and provides warranty information to sales team or production department (as needed) via vendor management system Other duties as assigned by Sales Team or Production Manager
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of related experience in related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
