This position is 100% onsite in Dearborn, MI.
Requirements:

years supporting Windows as Desktop Level 1 or 2 Support Strong hardware break/fix and warranty repair Proficient with Win 10 and 11 Operating Systems Software installation and troubleshooting Citrix Support The appropriate candidate must be able to excel with multi-tasking Strong communication and client facing skills.
Experience with meeting room support and smart hands for head quarter users.
Ticket Tracking experience with ServiceNow or others Responsibilities Repair Thin Client, Laptop, and Desktop Hardware (mainly from Dell, HP, Lenovo) Handle incidents and RITMs Handle basic / tasks and support offshore team.
Desktop support for Citrix, O365, hardware, software, break-fix, IMACS and refresh.
The engineer is expected to handle hardware, software, basic Windows operation system, application break fix, IMAC, refresh.
75% - Build, Repair, Shipping, Tech assistance including following Depot and ITIL processes.
