Business Support Summary The primary function of this position is to respond to requests of both external and internal customers with service information.
This includes responding to all inquiries and requests from by email and fax inquires.
This position also supports the Consumer department with replacement orders and return inquiries from the RCV.
Acts as the liaison between Centerstone and customers for initial set ups.

Responsibilities Receive and effectively respond to all customer (internal and external) inquiries, requests, complaints, etc.
for four different email channels as well as faxed in requests Research Issue Logs and work with the RCV to resolve issues with invalid returns Prepares UPS labels twice a day for returns as well and manually preparing labels for miss-shipments Special Services back up for running daily reports and customer follow up Use moderate amount of judgment when making decisions, answering questions, or investigating problems Handles daily batch reports, replacement, and unconfirmed reports to remove any errors so orders can process through the system Phone back up for Consumer and/or Retail lines as needed Handle all daily clerical functions including but not limited to filing and faxing Education Associate's Degree Preferred Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Skills and Experience 1 year of Carhartt customer service experience.
Experience with SAP, and Windows preferred.
Microsoft Word, Access and Excel a plus Intermediate keyboard and computer skills required Ability to work in a team-focused environment while maintaining the ability to exercise independent judgment Strong organization and comprehension skills required Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, reading and listening Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills required Working Conditions Office Environment Remote location:
Associate will have no regular requirement to be on-site.
Travel on-site is limited to special events.
Willing to work some weekends if necessary Tobacco Free.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
