DQS is looking for a receptionist to join our team in Dearborn, MI.
Who is DQS? We are a solutions company who provides custom staffing programs to our partners. Just like you and I, each client is different, it is our mission to ensure that what we not only impact the lives of the candidates, but our partners too. We are great at identifying pain and providing solutions. Our solutions reach beyond workforce strategies and into security, warehousing, janitorial services, and we even have a food truck!
Are you someone who manages multiple tasks with ease and maybe even enjoys the repetitiveness of some tasks? Then we are off to a great start
What do you need to be successful?
- Previous office experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Computer savvy, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable making/receiving high volume calls
- Strong worth ethic and ability to work independently is a must
- Strong organizational skills & even the ability to predict what is needed to keep the operations running smoothly
- Flexible schedule and able to work overtime and weekends
