Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Manager to join our team. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization s IT infrastructure, systems engineering, technical support, and desktop support. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of various IT technologies and methodologies. Duties:
Manage and oversee the organization s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues Ensure the security and integrity of data and systems through regular backups and system updates Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing systems Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for software, hardware, and services Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, systems engineering, and technical support Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Windows Server, and desktop support Experience with Agile methodologies for project management Familiarity with systems administration tools and concepts Proficiency in SharePoint administration is a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues Knowledge of Cisco routers is desirable We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
