Night Operations Manager
Job description
Responsibilities:
Oversee/Manage daily operations of our solutions operations including but not limited to:
Driveaway, Security, Snow removal, etc.
Supervise a team of personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervision.
Skills:
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
