As a Dynamics 365 software developer on the GCCT program, the ideal candidate will enjoy solving complex problems, have strong interpersonal skills, and a desire for continuous improvement.
The developer will be a member of Global Contact Center Channel team.
This team supports the chat, messaging, and SMS experiences used by our agents to communicate with our customers.
The software developer will enhance and support the tools and technologies our customers use to connect with customer.
Responsibilities:
Develop new, test, and deploy enhancements to configurations to improve and/or maintain Live Person conversational cloud, including Conversaion Builder, Bots, Intent Manager, and ReportingConfigure Live Person flows and experiences for Chat, SMS, and messaging.
Work with business users to identify needs and apply or propose appropriate technical solutions in Live Person or Live Assist for Dynamics 365 (LAD365)Create, implement, and maintain technical documentation for LAD365 and Live PersonDiagnose and triage technical errors, data issues, and performance challenges.
Proactively provide feedback throughout the Agile journey, seeking for continuous process improvementSkills Required:
