Stable manufacturer of stock and custom molded plastic products seeking take charge personality with strong experience in insert compression plant operations.
Supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Foreperson will analyze work orders and direct production schedules. Will also review daily data reports and follow up on any issues which affect productivity.
Experience with compression molding is a must. Will set up equipment and operators. Foreman will recommend and implement improved production methods and equipment performance. Will interact with other internal departments as required to resolve quality, efficiency, and productivity issues.
Need excellent interpersonal skills. Will train and motivate machine technicians, maintain production records, and enforce accountability.
Requirements include a BS Degree in a technical field plus a minimum 5 years with high-volume compression molding processing, including 2
years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Company offers base salary to $72,000 plus benefits program that includes 401K plan and continuing education assistance, Health Insurance, Dental, Rx, Eyeglasses!! 14 Paid holidays plus PTO.
