Role Description :
The BA will be accountable for requirements gathering, use case/user story development, coordination and testing applications in a multi-platform environment.
Gather business requirements and capture in Use Case Model, Use Cases/User Stories, Business Process Models, etc.
Support testing and implementation plans (test scenarios/test cases)
Support QC, Systems Integration, CAT and Regression Testing
Coordinate the delivery of business requirements between Solution Architects, DBAs, Quality Control, Application Architects and Business Partners

Qualifications
At least 8 years IT experience with at least 3 years as a Business Analyst
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and planning skills
Strong team player able to function on cross-functional, global teams
Highly motivated and results oriented
Self-starter able to work independently
Passion for understanding core business processes and translating them into solutions
Strong SQL skills
At least 8 years IT experience with at least 3 years as a Business Analyst
