Responsibilities:
Provide weekly snap-shop of expected shipment level; including reasons for shipment limitations, reasons for not meeting picking requirements and order throughput analysis
Identify reasons for ATP / schedule date issues - drive escalation to provide improved date or reason why dates cannot be improved
Responsible for tracking availability issues and supplying regular status reports to Planning and the Supply Chain Teams
Ensure expected improvements are updated through daily/weekly ATP rescheduling
Analyze aging orders to identify issues and a course of action to maximize revenue and/or customer satisfaction while minimizing inventory and shipment costs
Responsible for all Mass Maintenance Changes - analyzing impacts through simulation reports prior to running live
Review order and ATP exception reports daily to identify issues with schedule dates while working closely with Demand Planning, Production Planning and Account Planning
Provide monthly on time delivery performance analysis
Responsible for delivery blocks at the order, material and customer levels
Manage the process for shipments direct from Sewing or Vendor Locations
Key Performance Indicators:
Reasons for availability and shipment limitations are clearly documented and communicated
ATP Rescheduling is completed and validated
Exception reports are evaluated and monitored successfully
Clear communication and collaboration with Demand Planning, Production Planning, Account Planning and the Distribution Center
Customer, order and material quality holds are managed
Entry Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
A minimum of 4 years combined Customer Service or Order Fulfillment / Management experience required
Knowledge of relevant computer applications, required including SAP, Excel, MS Word - Business Objects (Data Warehouse) preferred
Knowledge of Demand Planning, Production Planning, Account Planning and how they fit together to provide product in support of customer and business requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to interact with all levels of an organization
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Ability to work independently and within a team environment working with minimal supervision - self motivated
Strong organizational, prioritization and multitasking capabilities - work in a fast paced environment
Analytical skills to solve complex problems / issues
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment; cubicle setting
Some travel may be required (approx. 2%)
