Description: Full-service distributor of power generation systems has an opening for a GENERATOR/SALES REPRESENTATIVE for its territory in the greater Dearborn area. Because our customers are seeking power generation solutions for paralleling and off-grid energy needs, experience in related industries such as commercial electrical contracting or electrical power generation is beneficial. Duties: Duties: Essential Duties and Responsbilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Identifies and compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, internet research, and other sourcesTravels by car through assigned territory to call on current and prospective customers to develop and/or maintain strong relationships, and to solicit business arrangements.Inspects potential customers'' power generation equipment to determine scope of replacing and identifying new equipment needs. Prepares and discusses contract proposals with prospective customers, emphasizing the features and benefits of using our company.Maintains and updates all customer, activity and opportunity data in CRM system (Saleslogix).Provides training for new products or services to customers'' personnel when requested by customer.Looks for and reports opportunities for selling other Williams products and services to appropriate sales function for follow-up.Represents our company at industry functions, trade shows and events.Submits required sales forms, reports and itinerary on a timely basis.Performs special assignments as requested.
Qualifications: To perform this job succesfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Driver''s License in good standing. Computer Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
