Essential Job Functions:
Lead the Delivery team in day-to-day operations. Initial Services will likely include Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Project Engineering
Align the team to the QuEST Mission, Vision, Core Values and Culture.
Responsible for interviewing and hiring based on cultural fit and talent, developing the next line of leadership, ensuring program goals are achieved, and continuously improving the Service Readiness and Service Health of the account.
QuEST Project Management Sponsor: Approve quoted tasks, review weekly communications, implement risk mitigation for schedule and cost variances, identify, train and mentor future QuEST Project Managers, and ensure overall program success.
Interact regularly with the customer to develop trust and rapport and build QuEST's credibility
Create, implement, and continuously improve training and development plans that align with market needs.

Qualifications
BS in an engineering or technical field, MS preferred
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a technical or industrial environment
Experience with CFD and related tools preferred. Understanding of CFD required.
Ability to work under minimal supervision to execute the 'Essential Job Functions' required
Successful supervisory experience required, including achieving organizational goals and helping team members reach their full potential
Ability to develop and present business correspondences required
Experience working in ambiguous situations required, such as taking action when all the information is not available
