Position Duties:
Solution Architect will help teams with the architecture of new and existing applications using Ford standard architecture patterns and processes
Works with application teams to define, assemble and integrate components based on Ford standards and business requirements (examples: hardware, software, availability, scalability and reliability)
Supports the application team in the development of the technical design and documentation
Provides support such as troubleshooting to application performance issues
Participate in vendor solution evaluation processes
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
Strong architecture knowledge with experience in providing technical solutions for applications

years application and infrastructure architecture competency
Data modeling
Self-starter, ability to work independently
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Experience with interfaces and J2EE technologies
Experience with VMware, Linux and Windows operating systems
Experience with SQL Server database systems
Negotiation skills and ability to work with several and diverse set of stakeholders/customers
Preferred Skills/
Experience:
Masters degree in Information Systems
Subject Matter Expertise in Information Analytics
Experience in trouble shooting complex systems, performance testing and tuning
Experience with UML Diagraming
Experience with client applications
Experience with Interoperability methods
Network knowledge
Experience working with global teams on complex projectsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
