Job Description/Overview
The CX Business Integration Lead understands the current and potential needs of the business, translate those into analytics requirements and ensures data, analytics and insights are provided in a way that directly addresses the business' needs
Works closely with Customer Experience (CX) business stakeholders to understand the business strategy and current ICI needs
Understands Intelligent Customer Interaction (ICI) capabilities and determines how those capabilities can support the business in achieve their objectives
Anticipates future business needs and data-driven knowledge gaps and works with the Analytics teams to proactively develop analytics and insights to advise future business strategy
Ensures deliverables provided to the business are relevant to their needs, address the question at hand and enable them to make data driven decisions
Collaborates with Analytics Teams to develop and execute a roadmap for their assigned Domain and ensure ongoing prioritization of new requests
Supports and works to deliver continuous improvement of cross-functional transformational experiences across Ford
Provides mentoring and training to junior staff in the areas of business consulting skills and business acumen
Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
MBA or Master's degree in Marketing
2+ years of experience 1:1 Marketing in Automotive industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Business Integration experience highly preferred
Experience with continuous improvement of cross-functional transformational experiences

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
